The MAN TGX 18.510 is the “Sustainable Truck of the Year 2022”

The MAN 510hp truck won the prestigious award in the semitrailer tractor category at Italy’s Ecomondo, one of the biggest truck events for the sustainable and regenerative circular economy. The judges said that the TGX 18.510 had excellent fuel efficiency as well as being very environmentally friendly. This is not the only award that MAN’s new semi-trucks have won, they have also won the International Truck of the Year 2021 award as well as Red Dot Design and German Design Awards.

The MAN TGX 18.510 is the “Sustainable Truck of the Year 2022″ in the tractor unit category.

“The consistently positive feedback we have received for our new truck generation from customers, experts, and the public since its market launch makes us very proud and spurs us on to consistently continue on this path,” says Göran Nyberg, Executive Board Member for Sales and Customer Solutions at MAN Truck & Bus.

The quality and efficiency standards have been raised due to the significant improvements the new generation of the MAN TGX has installed. Decreased fuel consumption is also a big benefit, and this is a result of refined aerodynamics which increase airflow to decrease drag. You will also feel extra comfortable in the newly designed functional cab, whether you are on the road or taking a much-deserved break.

Since the release of the new MAN Truck generation, it has won many awards including the “Sustainable Truck, of the Year 2022,” and “International Truck of the Year 2021″ in its debut year.

The MAN TGX was judged by a group of 25 international jurors, and they deemed the vehicle very advanced in terms of ride comfort, fuel efficiency, quality of work and living, safety, innovative services connectivity, and operating and display philosophy. Design professionals were also impressed with the design of the driver’s work area, stating that it was meticulously designed to be extremely practical.
